This weekend I was lucky enough to do a fantastic intensive on the dynamic and revolutionary approach to movement known as the Franklin Method.

The Franklin method was first devised by dancer, movement educator, author and university lecturer Eric Franklin. It teaches dynamic alignment and how to move your body with maximum efficiency to keep your body youthful and energized. Click on the links for more!
