Relationship Complications

Themes of relationship difficulty mark this week! Venus enters Gemini on April 3 before soon forming a T-square by squaring both Neptune on April 5 and retrograde Mars on April 7. All this occurs in the midst of Mercury turning direct on April 4! Meanwhile, a full Moon in Libra on April 6 emphasizes the importance of tending to your relationships.

April 3: Venus enters Gemini
April 5: Venus squares Neptune
April 7: Venus squares Mars
Find something fun and interesting to do as Venus enters the most curious sign of the zodiac, Gemini. Sign up for a class, join a book club or attend events at which you’re bound to meet interesting people. When Venus squares nebulous Neptune on April 5, make sure you use good judgment, as this transit is well-known for convincing people that a frog is a prince! Venus’s square with feisty Mars on April 7 can trigger an argument — or an attraction. Keep your eyes and ears open, and make sure you don’t act in ways you’ll later regret!

April 4: Mercury turns direct
When Mercury turned retrograde last month in fiery Aries, you were forced to rethink your plans and pay careful attention to what you said to whom. Then, retrograde Mercury slipped back into spiritual Pisces, at which point you found it helpful to call upon your imagination. Hopefully you took advantage of this time to reflect more deeply on your goals. As Mercury now turns direct, you’re ready to meet a receptive audience! Problematic communication is on its way out as clarity returns. It’s time to work through final details, focus on the road ahead and apply any lessons you’ve learned over the last month.

April 6: Full Moon in Libra
With the love planet, Venus, prominent in this full Moon, balancing your needs with the desires of those you love will require every bit of your energy and attention! Since Saturn joins this Libra Moon, compromise is the key to your peace of mind. But at the same time, with warrior Mars weighing in, you can’t let others push you around! Knowing when to honor yourself and when to respect others will help you during this emotional period. Maturity goes a long way now. After all, someone has to be the grown-up, and it may as well be you!
