I’ve missed you. Seriously! 

It’s been 3 months since I last popped in to say hello. Since the birth of my baby boy Leo on 22nd July I’ve had some incredible experiences… the whole thing has been really intense and magical. If you would like to read about Leo’s home birth story check out my latest post here or click the image below.

Thanks for your patience while I have been in mama-land, I appreciate it! While I can’t promise I’ll be making regular appearances in your mailbox just yet (mama duties are keeping me happily busy) I did want to check in today to let you know I still care about how you are doing. Very much.

By now I hope you have received my little gift to you to say thank you for being part of this community which is growing every day! If not here it is again, my printable manifesto on “Wisdom for Whole Living”.

So excited to have been featured in a post from the beautiful Chloe at One Infinite Life. Check out her brilliant post from this week about How to Get Unstuck and Start Moving Forward. It’s super helpful if you feel like you’re in a bit of a rut. It even has free worksheets embedded in the post!

I am keen to reach as many people as possible with my message about living a whole life… a life that’s authentic, soulful, healthy, altruistic and full of the things that matter most. So in the next little while I will be digging deep and getting to the heart of what it actually means to live a whole life. I would LOVE to work with you on this.

So…what do you think it means to live a whole, healthy life?

It’s been three months to the day since I last wrote for this blog, and wow what an outrageously beautiful and earth-shattering time its been as a new mama.

I also have a little recipe love for you this time around – this was particularly yummy so I wanted to share it with you… 🙂

Kale, Spinach and Tempeh Salad with Tahini / Honey Dressing.


handful baby spinach
1 1/2 cups of kale finely sliced
3-4 broccoli florets – sliced into small pieces
1 tbsp red onion finely diced
tempeh 200gms, chut into cubes
1 tsp miso
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sauerkraut (I used apple and dill, brand was captain cabbage)
1 tsp olive oil / nuttlex


1. Lightly saute kale and broccoli in half of the nuttlex or olive oil until kale wilts, over low heat.
2. Combine kale, broccoli, spinach, red onion and sauerkraut in a bowl. Mix to combine.
3. Gently fry tempeh in remaining olive oil / nuttlex and add miso.
4. Mix tahini, honey, lemon juice together and dress salad, serve into bowl.
5. Add tempeh over the top.
Serves 2.
